No-Fee 3-Month Promotion:
New and converting plans are eligible for three months with no Vestwell fees on defined contribution plans through Vestwell. The three-month fee waiver applies only to Vestwell's base plan fee for recordkeeping, trustee, custodial, and administration services and Vestwell's participant fees, and excludes all other fees, including pass-through fees, third-party fees, investment-related fees, setup fees, and optional add-on services like managed accounts and other features. Plans must sign a Vestwell services agreement before November 15, 2026 to be eligible. Agreement to Vestwell's services agreement is required. Vestwell's fees are disclosed in and controlled by its services agreement and fee disclosure notices. The three-month fee waiver period begins on the Plan's contribution start date with Vestwell.
